Q   What are the steps to have a photoshoot with Foty?

A    The first step is to select the city where you want to have your session, then you need to choose the service you want by clicking on "Book Now" and fill out the form. There, you can select the date you would like to have the session and provide us with any relevant information to tailor the photos to your preferences.

 

Q   How far in advance should I book my session?

A     We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. While we try to accommodate last-minute requests, availability is not guaranteed.

 

Q    How many people can book a photoshoot together?

A     Each session has a limit on the number of participants, detailed in the service description (Family photoshoots are for 3 participants or more). If more people attend than initially booked, an additional fee per person will apply.

 

Q    If I have an inconvenience upon arriving on time, does it affect the session in any way?

A     If you're running late, please contact your photographer at least one hour in advance. We understand delays happen. However, if the photographer cannot extend the session, only the remaining time will be used. If the photographer is available and you choose to extend, an extra fee (location-dependent) will apply.

 

Q    What happens if I don't make it to my photoshoot?

A     Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for no-shows. We recommend contacting us as early as possible in case of emergencies or changes.

 

Q     If it’s raining on the day of my photoshoot, will the session be canceled?

A      In case the weather is bad, our photographers will assess the viability of proceeding with the photoshoot. If the photoshoot is impossible to carry out (due to a significantly negative impact on photo quality), we will look for alternative locations, and as a last resort, we will reschedule the date.

Q    Besides the payment for the photoshoot, are there any additional charges that may arise?

A     There are no hidden fees from Foty. However, if additional people join or if you request to extend the session, extra charges may apply.

 

Q     Where will I meet my photographer?

A      You will meet them in the location provided once reservations are made.

 

Q     How will I receive the photos?

A      We will create a private gallery with all your photos and send you a link via email. From there, you can download the photos to your preferred devices such as computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.

 

Q     In what format are the photos delivered?

A      Your photos will be delivered in high-resolution .jpg format, ready for sharing and printing.
